During the new Tier 4 lockdown we are able to offer 3 services

During the new Tier 4 lockdown we are able to offer 3 services:

 

1. Click and Collect – Phone one of our 3 stores to arrange a time for you to drop off your phone to one of our stores. We will meet you keeping to Covid safety advice and fix your device, phones normally with an hour and then return to you.
2. Van Mobile Service – you can call one of the stores to arrange an appointment, we will drive to your home or office and carry out the repair in our fully equipped and secure vans. We cover a 15 mile radius from our stores in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Cambridge.
3. Postal Service – You send us your device and let us know of the problem, we can then quote for the repair and repair. There is an additional cost of £7.50 for this service for secure posting.

We are doing all we can to help all our customers with their Mobile, Tablet and Laptop repair.
